Brand new public and Catholic schools, St Gregory Catholic and The Oodenawi were recently built in the area. The elementary school, Dr. David R Williams Public School was opened in 2020. In addition, one more Elementary Catholic school is on the way (projected in 2 years) to meet the needs of this growing community.


The New Communities are located on the north side of Dundas. Ideal for commuters, both neighbourhoods have easy access to the 401,407 and 403 HW. Notable facilities in the area include the new state of the art Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital and the Sixteen Miles Sports Complex.
